Terms and Conditions of Entry

By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, you agree to the following:



Age Restrictions

This event is R18. You must be 18 years or older to attend. Valid ID (NZ driver’s license, passport, or HANZ 18+ card) must be presented at the door.



Tickets & Entry



Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.



Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.



The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason, including intoxication, aggressive behaviour, or failure to comply with event staff.



Zero Tolerance to Antisocial Behaviour

We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue.



Alcohol & Drugs



This is a licensed event. No BYO alcohol is permitted.



Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed and referred to authorities if necessary.



Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or removed at the discretion of security and staff.



Security & Bag Checks

All bags may be searched upon entry. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): outside food or drink, weapons, illegal substances, glass, and flammable items.



Health & Safety

Follow all directions from venue staff and security. In the event of an emergency, follow evacuation instructions calmly and promptly.



Photography & Filming

By entering, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please let staff or the photographer know on the night.



Respect the Venue

Please treat the venue, its staff, and surroundings with care. Clean up after yourself and respect the community — we want to be invited back.



Re-entry

Re-entry policies are at the discretion of the venue. Ask staff on the night for clarification.



Changes & Cancellations

Lineup and schedule are subject to change. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued through the original ticket provider.
